RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds in any case. However, in case you wish to exchange a product, we provide exchange services. Kindly ensure that you check the size, design and quality of the jewellery carefully before purchasing, as once sold, we cannot entertain any returns or refunds. For customised orders, we require a 75% deposit at the time of placing the order, and no refunds will be given once the order is placed.
